Description The job involves an individual who will be used to conduct automated testing of the Sage 50 software.
Visvasa Data is also seeking innovative and systematic Software Testers / QA Engineers with 23 years of the manual testing and minimum automation testing experience. It will be a full-time job that can be offered to the professionals that are fond of searching bugs, perfecting the work on the product and achieving the high quality of the software delivery.
The developers, and the product managers and cross functional teams will also be working with the potential employee to ensure that the applications are functional and learned to the performance requirement. Key Responsibilities
As a Software Tester / QA Engineer, you shall be required to do the following:
Elaboration of the elaborate test cases and the test scenarios according to the functional requirements.
Manual application testing.
Conducting simple automation testing.
Bug detection and bug documentation with the help of the Jira or other bug catalogs.
Defects life cycle tracking and management.
Working hand in hand with developers and product teams.
Performing bug free regression testing of code.
the systems being in other environments.
Assuring compliance of SDLC and STLC.
Developing ideas, which might assist in enhancing the overall quality of products and efficiency during testing.
It is a position that may necessitate a person to be analytical and details oriented so as to make sure that the software products are of quality prior to the launching.
General Requirements Skills and qualification The candidate must possess good computer skills and experience in data entry and accounting.
The requirements in an applicant to this job position are:
Manual Testing Experience
Manual testing of web/mobile application.
Capability to create and use the test cases to achieve.
Regression testing and functional testing know
Knowledge of SDLC & STLC
Very good knowledge of SDLC?
Knowledge Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Past experience on alternative procedures of the tests.
Bug Tracking Tools
Bugging software ideally Jira.
The ability to record problems in a form that can be understood by means of repetitive procedures.
Life cycle management experience on defects.
Communication and Analytical skills.
Proficient oratory and writing skill.
Team-working skills.
Critical thinking in order to determine the edge cases and the vulnerability of the system.
Desirable: Automation Knowledge.
Lack of knowledge in testing software on automation.
Automation systems experience is also an added advantage.
