Job description Senior Quality assurance engineer :
Softenger requires a trained Senior QA Engineer to be employed in its Pune office. It is a full time on site job that requires professionals to be able to take complete charge of quality assurance activities of projects.
The candidate should have a great practical experience in the mobile app testing, API testing, automation and validation of databases. The role will demand analytical abilities, technical expertise and initiatives in handling weaknesses of the system.
You have a habit of breaking the systems to improve and become efficient and Softenger needs someone like you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior QA engineer, you will largely be engaged in:
Design and development of large scale test plans in mobile and web applications.
End-to-end testing, e.g. functional testing, regression test and integration testing.
Android and iOS mobile applications testing.
Detailed testing of API testing of the backend systems.
Carrying out database testing as a form of data integrity and consistency.
Developing and maintaining automation scripts to improve on the test coverage.
Identifying the bottlenecks of performance and delivery risks.
The collaboration with the developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Premake of products prior to delivery.
Possession of test case documentation, faults and solutions.
Competencies and technical skills needed.
