To perform on-the-job training, the company will need to recruit a QA engineer (automation and manual testing).
CS Soft Solutions requires a qualified QA Engineer with over 3 years of experience in software testing, manual and automation testing. The job appeals to people who love working on producing high quality software products and working on projects that have technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
The following functions will be necessary to you as a QA Engineer:
Manual and automated software testing.
Creation, coding and integration of test case details.
Identifying, documenting and tracking the defects with the help of proper records.
Regression testing, bug fix validation.
It will make it adherent to SDLC and QA best practices.
Collaboration with product and development development teams in problem solving.
Participating in reviewing and test planning.
Retention of test records and report.
